What are the common interview questions, and how do I answer them?

I have an interview this week, and I am trying to prepare for it. I dont know what types of questions they will ask, and how should I answer them??
"Tell me about yourself." –they want a short summary of what you've done and what you're looking to do, as well as if you fit where the company is going.
"Why did you leave your last job?"
"Tell me about your responsibilities while you were at X."
"What is your greatest weakness?"
"How did you find out about us/what interests you about working with our company?"
"Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer/supervisor/issue. How did you handle it, was there anything you could have done differently?"
"What are you looking for in this position/field?"
I particularly like the book s"Interview Magic" and "Knock 'Em Dead"
